Wrinkle relaxers · RN-injected · MD-directed
Soften frown lines, forehead creases, and crow’s feet — while keeping every expression that makes you, you. Conservative dosing, transparent per-unit pricing, and a free two-week follow-up.
Botox and Dysport are FDA-approved neuromodulators that temporarily relax the small muscles whose repeated contractions etch lines into your skin — the “11s” between your brows, horizontal forehead creases, and crow’s feet.
The artistry isn’t in the product; it’s in the dosing. Our nurse injectors map your facial movement first, then place conservative doses precisely where they soften lines without freezing expression. The result reads as rested, not treated.

No “consultation required to learn the price.” Most first-time foreheads land between $240–$420 total.

Exact units are confirmed in your free consultation and written into your plan before anything is injected. You approve the total first — always.
A good fit if:
We’ll talk you out of it if:
Your injector studies your expressions, then writes a unit-by-unit plan with the exact price. You approve it before anything happens.
15–30 minutes. Ice, fine needles, a few pinches. You can drive yourself home — or back to work.
Included with every visit. We photograph, compare, and touch up if anything needs balancing.
Not here. We dose conservatively on purpose — you can always add 4 more units at your free two-week follow-up, but nobody can subtract. Our injectors will show you in the mirror exactly which movements will soften and which stay fully yours.
They’re siblings, not rivals. Dysport tends to kick in a day or two faster and spreads slightly more (nice for foreheads); Botox is more precise for small areas. Pricing works out nearly identical per area. Your injector will recommend one based on your anatomy — switching later is completely fine.
Every injector at Lakeshore is a registered nurse or nurse practitioner with a minimum of three years of injecting experience, trained under our medical director, who reviews every new client’s plan. Ask to see credentials at your visit — we like when people ask.
Most clients rate it 2/10 — quick pinches with a very fine needle. You might have tiny bumps for 20 minutes and occasionally a small bruise. Skip workouts for 24 hours and don’t rub the area; otherwise, life as normal.
Four weeks out is the sweet spot: results are fully settled at two weeks, and the included follow-up leaves time for any fine-tuning. First time? Make it six weeks so there’s room to learn your dose.
