Lip filler in Northwest Indiana

Subtle volume, softer vertical lines, and a defined border — at a pace you control. We start with half a syringe on purpose, publish the price, and see you again at two weeks. People will say your lips look hydrated, not filled.

What natural looks like

The anti-duck-lip page

If you’ve hesitated on lip filler, it’s almost certainly because of lips you’ve seen that announce themselves from across the room. So let’s be direct: that look is a dosing choice, not an inevitability — and it’s a choice we don’t offer.

Natural lip filler is about hydration and proportion, not size. We use soft hyaluronic-acid fillers to restore moisture-rich fullness, smooth fine vertical lines, and quietly re-define the border your lipstick keeps bleeding past — while keeping your lower-to-upper lip ratio looking like it grew there.

Our standing philosophy: 0.5 ml first. Half a syringe, placed precisely, then judged at your free two-week follow-up once swelling settles. You can always add more later; conservative is reversible by design.

  • Treatment time: 45 minutes, including numbing cream
  • Product: FDA-approved hyaluronic-acid fillers only — dissolvable if you ever change your mind
  • Downtime truth: visible swelling for 24–48 hours; judge nothing until two weeks
  • Lasts: 9–12 months for most clients

Wanting volume through the cheeks or mid-face too? That’s a different conversation — see dermal fillers for full-face volume. And if you’d rather test the waters without any filler at all, a Botox “lip flip” subtly rolls the upper lip outward for a fraction of the cost — ask about it on our Botox & Dysport page.

Lip filler pricing, in plain numbers

No mystery, no “call for pricing.” Most first-time clients start — and many stay — at half a syringe.

Treatment Amount Price
Lip filler — half syringe (our usual starting point) 0.5 ml $375
Lip filler — full syringe 1.0 ml $650
Hyaluronidase dissolving session, if ever needed $150 (complimentary for filler we placed)
Two-week follow-up & assessment Included

Your injector confirms the amount and total in your free consultation, in writing, before anything is injected. Comparing across treatments? Every number we charge is on our published pricing page.

Is it right for you?

Who it’s for — and who it isn’t

A good fit if:

  • Your lips have thinned with age, or lipstick feathers past the border
  • You want hydration and definition people can’t quite place
  • You’re comfortable building slowly — half a syringe, reassess, then decide

We’ll talk you out of it if:

  • You’re pregnant or breastfeeding, or have an active cold sore — we’ll reschedule, not improvise
  • You bring a photo of dramatically oversized lips — that result isn’t on our menu, and we’ll say so kindly in the consult
  • Your real concern is overall facial volume — filler placed elsewhere may serve you better, and it costs nothing to find out

How your appointment goes

Proportion plan

Your nurse injector studies your lips at rest and smiling, talks through ratio and border, and writes a plan with the exact price. You approve it first — always.

Numb & treat

Strong topical numbing for 15 minutes, then careful placement over about 20 more. Expect pressure more than pain, and visible swelling when you leave — that’s normal, not your result.

Judge at two weeks

Swelling peaks at 24–48 hours and settles over days. At your included two-week follow-up we photograph, compare, and only then decide together whether to add more.

Good questions

Lip filler FAQs

Will people be able to tell I had my lips done?

They’ll notice you look good; they won’t know why. At half-syringe dosing with soft hyaluronic-acid filler, the most common comment our clients report is some version of “your skin looks great” or “you look really rested.” Hydrated, not filled — that’s the standard we inject to.

How bad is the swelling, really?

Honest answer: you’ll look noticeably swollen for 24–48 hours — lips swell more than any other filler area. Plan around big meetings and photos for two days, sleep slightly elevated, and ice on and off. The swelling is not your result; your result is what you see at two weeks, which is exactly when your included follow-up is scheduled.

Why do you push starting with half a syringe?

Because adding is easy and subtracting is a procedure. Half a syringe (0.5 ml) is enough to hydrate, define the border, and restore proportion on most lips. If at two weeks you want more, we add it then — your lips have settled and we’re working with real information instead of swelling.

What if I don’t like it?

Hyaluronic-acid filler is dissolvable. A hyaluronidase session breaks it down within days, and if we placed the filler, dissolving is complimentary. In practice it’s rarely needed at conservative doses — but knowing the exit exists is part of why our clients relax in the chair.

Lip filler or a Botox lip flip — which is right for me?

A lip flip uses a few units of Botox to relax the upper-lip muscle so the lip rolls subtly outward — no added volume, lower cost, lasts about two to three months. It suits people whose upper lip disappears when they smile. Filler adds actual structure and hydration and lasts most of a year. Plenty of clients try the flip first; your free consultation will sort out which fits your anatomy.
